Speaking for Hectic Electron, LLC ("I", "me", "my"):
I'm trying to have a website here. I offer it in good faith, taking all reasonable and required measures to
- ensure security of your data
- enable you to purchase products
- allow you to read my newsletter and other information (the "Services")
By using the website, you implicitly agree to the following terms.
If you somehow violate the terms, well, I'll have to find some way to keep you from using it again—or at least the secure parts. If you have an account, I'll delete it.
Shopify Inc. hosts the site, providing the online e-commerce platform that makes all this possible.
You have to be a legal adult to use this site, notwithstanding that children may play the games you buy on the site. You also have to use the site legally. I'm not even sure how you would use it illegally, and I'm not going to start guessing.
I reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time, consistent with the laws of the great state of Ohio. I don't know why I would, but please don't test me.
You can't swipe any part of this website.
I can change the products' prices, descriptions, or availability without notice, and I can discontinue products or the whole Service any time.
At any time, I might need to limit the sales of products or Services to any person or place, on a case-by-case basis.
While I don't want to, I might need to refuse your order, and I can do so for any reason. I'll try to notify you by e‑mail and/or your billing address or phone number.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all your purchases on the site, and to keep them updated.

The web is a complicated place. It's made up of lots of interrelated parts and services, especially in e-commerce. This site might connect you to third-party tools or links that I neither monitor nor control in any way.
You agree that we provide access to such tools and links ”as is” and “as available” without any claim that they work. I'm not liable for your use of optional third-party tools. Please take it up with them.
If you send in contest entries, comments, or similar content, I may use them for any reason. I'll do my best to respond, but I'm not obligated to. I may also delete them. You agree not to send anything awful or misleading.
Any personal information you submit is governed by the Privacy Policy.
I try to keep everything on this site accurate and up to date, but I'm not obligated to.
You are not allowed to use this site in any illegal way, to steal anything from the site or its other users, to harass or disparage anybody, or to be a troll. I get to say what constitutes acting like that.
I'm going to try to keep this site up and running, working as expected, but I'm not obligated to.
You agree not to hold me liable for anything bad that happens on this site due to third parties. I can't foresee what that might be.
Any part of these Terms of Service that isn't enforceable doesn't keep the rest from being enforceable.
You or I can terminate this agreement in writing. If we terminate, then you can't use the site and its Services anymore. I can terminate if I decide you've broken the agreement.
This is the entire agreement. I've tried to make it very clear. Any part of it that's ambiguous can't be held against me.
The Services are governed by the laws of the United States.
